<p>I had become somewhat frustrated with my excess fat, how I looked in the mirror and my lack of confidence My relationships with my friends and family were also affected</p>
<p>To lose that excess 40lbs of fat was a life changer for me &#8211; I had renewed energy, drive and self-belief.</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t guarantee that what I am about to tell you will change your life. I just don&#8217;t know if you are going to take massive action and follow through with consistency. That is in your hands, not mine.</p>
