Have you been searching for the best way to lose body fat? I’ll begin with a short story about me.
I had become somewhat frustrated with my excess fat, how I looked in the mirror and my lack of confidence My relationships with my friends and family were also affected
To lose that excess 40lbs of fat was a life changer for me – I had renewed energy, drive and self-belief.
I can’t guarantee that what I am about to tell you will change your life. I just don’t know if you are going to take massive action and follow through with consistency. That is in your hands, not mine.
My role is to provide you with the support and the strategies that I followed to create my lean body – possibly it’s the best way to lose body fat.
Here are 5 key steps that you should follow if you are confused about fat loss, despondent about the way you look and struggling for consistency in your daily battle to burn fat fast:
1. Have absolute certainty that you need to change. If you don’t have absolute certainty, you won’t follow through. It can’t be a half-baked idea, “oh, it’s about time I lost some weight”. It will just not be sufficent. It needs to be more committed and explicit than that. You need to be 110% sure – and nothing less.
2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them – failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. You need to know the best way to lose body fat for you. How much weight do you want to lose? Do you have a deadline by when you want to lose it? Your goals need to be stretchy but they also need to be realistic. If you need to eliminate a huge amount of fat then you will need to break your long term goal into smaller goals. These smaller goals will be more achievable in a shorter time frame and demonstrate that you are gaining momentum.
3. Here’s a great quote – “Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day”. This is a great quote from the late and great Jim Rohn. To eat healthily and to eat excercise regularly you need to develop great habits and apply daily consistency. Without the consistency – which is achieved through having absolute certainty that you will achieve your goals – you will quickly revert back to your bad habits. This is not the best to way to lose body fat. To create a great habit takes some time and effort. Don’t expect overnight success. There may be times where you fall off the wagon. The key is not to despair. Understand what you are trying to achieve and why – regroup, refocus and get back to applying consistency to your daily routine.
4. Eating healthy foods is the best way to burn fat fast. You should be targeting balanced meals of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Also, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit. Portion sizes should be kept to small sizes and eat 5-6 meals per day. Don’t even consider restricting your calories – this is counter-productive. Starvation or restrictive diets pull your metabolism down to standstill causing your body to store fat. To keep your metabolism elevated at all times you should eat regular small meals – it’s great for burning fat.
5. You need to get active 3-4 times a week. Now this doesn’t mean gonig through the motions on a treadmill for 30 minutes or more. That’s not the best way to lose body fat. What I am talking about here is high intensity resistance training and high intensity interval training. Let me explain further. High intensity exercise keeps your workouts to less than 30 minutes, but more importantly keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours. In addition, resistance training creates muscle. This not only makes you look great, but also raises your metabolism at rest. The bottom line is that more muscle means more calories burned whilst resting. It’s the best way to lose body fat.
That’s it – the best way to lose body fat in 5 simple steps. Now it’s up to you. You have a decision to make. Do you have absolute certainty that you need to transform your body or are you going to just simply ignore this article?
May be the decision itself is easy.
It’s what you do next that is may be a little more intimidating.
But it shouldn’t be. In reality, there is little pain or loss associated with losing weight. In fact may be you should turn away from the what you are ‘giving up’ or sacrificing to what you are moving towards.

Ask yourself, how would that really make you feel?
Would that give you the belief to literally do anything you wanted?
